Neck pain
Neck pain refers to any pain experienced in the area from the base of the skull to the shoulders. It may include stiffness or tightness as well as sharp pain and, in severe cases, it can reduce the movement of the neck and head. Neck pain can also cause headaches.

Whiplash Injury
Often sustained in a car accident, a whiplash injury occurs when the head is thrown forwards then back in a sudden, uncontrolled movement. It can result in pain, stiffness, loss of movement and dizziness. Physiotherapy is best started in the first few days following injury to achieve the best recovery possible.
